Our 260-seat auditorium is a versatile and modern space designed to accommodate a wide range of events, from conferences and lectures to performances and graduation ceremonies. Conveniently located near Tampines West MRT, our auditorium is equipped with comfortable tiered seating and an AV system, making it an ideal venue for a variety of events.

Terms & Conditions
Event Planner shall pay the security deposit within 5 days after quote acceptance.
Event Planner shall pay the balance of the Booking Fee to the Venue Manager directly 1 week before the booking date.
A security deposit of SGD500 is required.
Booking is strictly by the fixed 4-hours block, should Client wish to extend beyond the fixed time blocks, extension will be based on a minimum of 2-hours block.
The Security deposit shall be refunded 3 to 4 weeks after the event upon due performance of the applicant.
Please note that the stated prices for weekdays are based on rental during E M Real Estate opening hours: Monday – Friday (0900 – 1800). For rental outside working hours please contact shanna@emre.com.sg for Weekday After 6pm rates and Weekend rates.
Rental Rate inclusive of: Projector/Screen, AV systems, microphones, use of reception area
Event Planner Cancellation Policy:
If Event Planner cancels the Booking (less than 30 days) before the event , the Venue Manager is entitled to forfeit security deposit made by the Event Planner.
